Dear David, Thank you so much for your review and we are very pleased that you enjoyed your overall dining experience with us. We do place a lot of emphasis on our food quality which is all freshly prepared and of course staff and service levels, so we’re delighted that this resonates well with customers. As an experienced group of restaurants, we carefully review our pricing to ensure it is both viable and competitive. Thank you for your feedback which we will consider in this process, although as a specialty restaurant some of our ingredients have a different costing as they are not locally produced.
