Good Morning Pompeychic, We are sorry for the unhappy visit, its just to clarify a couple of things, firstly we use the area were you was sat for our big bookings as 1 its quieter and more secluded for our guests so you can enjoy your time together and hear each other, also we have changed the way we take the bins out so our customers don't have to see it.
