Thank you for your suggestion. We have tried, in the past, various systems for taking breakfast orders and we have settled on the one that works for us. We are a very small B&B with only three rooms, as you say, and therefore a maximum of six breakfasts. If I know in advance what everyone might require it makes the job of cooking in the morning so much easier especially as I work on my own. It is simple fare, a full English and variants of that or cereal and toast. Most people do not mind making the decision when asked, it saves on waste and avoids long waiting times in the morning.
