I’m not usually overly critical, but on my first (and last) visit I was disappointed. Huge food counter downstairs but was told to order upstairs- weird. Disorganized ordering system. £9 for a lukewarm automated-machine latte and a ham & cheese sandwich that was 95% bread.…
