Thank you for your recent feedback I recently have put into place a cleaning schedule for my housekeeping staff to follow, the rooms are then checked at the beginning of each reception shift. They inspect the arrivals, make amendments and address any missing items. The bathroom floors are in the process of being replaced where possible and deep cleaned throughout September.
