Thank you for the feedback on your recent stay at Living Water Resort & Spa. You are absolutely right in saying the hotel was extremely busy on the Canada Day weekend with large numbers of guests arriving around the same time frame. Our check-in may seem long, however being a resort and spread out over many acres and with many facilities and services, we want to make sure every guest receives the information upon check-in to make their stay memorable. Guests checking in also have a lot of questions and our Front Desk staff does take the time to answer them. This too can slow down the process during busy periods. I will pass on your feedback regarding several kitchen items to our Housekeeping department to address. I do apologize for those issues.
