Thank you very much for taking the time to write your feedback after your recent stay with us at Chicheley Hall. I'm sorry to read that your stay with us was not what you had expected from a De Vere hotel. We always welcome feedback because it can help us improve our service and you certainly have given us lots of ideas to think about and it shall be discussed with the team at our next meeting. We strive to deliver excellent customer service even though there are areas in the hotel that we have no control over at present. The service that you received is not our standard. I will have a word with the team to bring your comment to their attention. We do indeed have some younger members in my team and it is very much my responsibility to support them though training and coaching to give them confident skills to look after our customers.
