Although we would like to honor all room requests, we solely depend on the availability of rooms on daily basis. Our Front Desk team does their best to match requests with what we have to offer everyday. In some cases as yours, we assigned you rooms near each other and reconfigured the existing bedding to please your “king size” request trying to please your two different petitions. Travel agencies are aware that accommodations are always in the existing bedding (twins, queen or king size) and room requests are not guaranteed. We do our outmost to please all room petitions and appreciate your comprehension in this matter when two petitions together are not possible to be pleased as was your final accommodation.
