Dear travelchanapts, We would like to thank you for taking the time to share your comments and remarks during your recent stay with us.It is unfortunate that some aspects of your stay didn't allow you to enjoy your stay at the fullest and we would like to apologies for any short coming on our end. Please be informed that in most countries of the Caribbean, mosquitoes are present which is why we fumigate every day and provide a repellent in each room, for guests who are more sensitive to mosquito bites. It is unfortunate that these methods weren't enough to prevent the mosquitoes in your room. We thank you for sharing your point of view of the variety of the drinks we offer however, I would like to specify that we do offer several brands of beer and rum. It is unfortunate to learn that you weren't able to enjoy them during your stay. That being said, we hope to receive you again in a near future in order to redeem ourselves in your eyes and offer you the experience we tend to offer to all our guests.
