Hello Czar! Thank you for writing us a review here. We are sorry for the inconvenience you had experienced at our reception area. Our standard check-in time is 2PM, and early check-in requests will depend on our room availability, but normally if our guests arrive a little early, we also give them early accommodation with no additional charges as long as there are rooms available. But December is a peak season, so we are always fully booked. Our Manay Maling's Restaurant, Gemelli Bar and Magallanes Bar are available for Room Service including Pizzas, Pasta and a la Carte menu. We apologize if our maintenance guy were not able to respond and visit your room when you called. We have addressed this to the concerned department. I hope you give us another chance for a return visit. Rest assured you will be well taken cared of. Keep safe!
