Dear Anthony D, Thank you for choosing to stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Mississauga Meadowvale. I do apologize for the issues that occurred during your stay, and do hope that you took the time to speak to a manager while you were here. I have advised our Executive Housekeeper of the deficiencies discovered in your guestroom, so that the staff are more aware, and to avoid this from happening again. Please be assured that this is not the standard, here at Holiday Inn & Suites Mississauga Meadowvale. We do hope that despite the occurrences, that you will give us an opportunity to show you a more pleasant experience in the near future
