Dear Amanda, Thank you for taking the time to write about your recent stay with us. I'm glad that you found the penthouse well stocked and that you found the majority of the suite spacious and well laid out. I'm sorry to hear that you found the third bedroom to be too small. Please also accept my apologies that you found the patio area unclean and in need of weeding and the living room furniture in need of replacement or cleaning. I have passed on your feedback to our Housekeeping, Maintenance and Senior Management team to review as this is simply not up to our usual high standards.
