Dear Tim, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. It was so nice to read that you had an enjoyable stay on Fairmont Gold. I am sorry to hear that the concierge were slow in getting back to you. That is very unusual and I will share your comments with the manager. At no time do want our guests to feel that our staff is unresponsive. Despite that first interaction, I am glad that they did take good care of you and delivered your luggage in a timely manner when the porters were unable to.
