We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us in celebration of your loved one's 50th Birthday. We are pleased you particularly enjoyed the views afforded during your flight to Tofino, as well as from our Inn and The Pointe Restaurant, our Secret Cove and use of our complimentary bicycles to explore Chesterman Beach. However, we were most disappointed that the sofa bed in your guest room was not turned down and the Hudson Bay Blanket was not comfortable for you. Please accept our apology as your experience certainly is not the standard at the Wickaninnish Inn and please be assured that we have provided your comments directly to our Housekeeping Manager for follow up with her team. Please also accept our apology that your table location at The Pointe Restaurant was not to your satisfaction and the quality of food at both our On-The-Rocks Lounge and The Pointe Restaurant did not exceed your expectations. It is our goal to provide a culinary experience that not only meets but exceeds our guests' expectations and we are very to sorry that we did not meet this goal in your case. Our culinary team prides itself on providing world class cuisine and is continually striving to improve the quality of food and menu offerings. Table locations at The Pointe Restaurant are based on the date reservations are made, number of guests, and requested dining time. As many of our guests are celebrating special occasions we do seat guests at the best available table. Again, we are sorry that your original table location was not to your expectations.
