Though we regret to hereby read that you felt disturb by noise, we would like to inform you that we are always helpfull with a roomchange. The centrally adjusted cooling- and heating airco-system is set according to either summer- or winter season, work on set hours but can be switched on/off per room individually. Working times can differ according to the weather conditions and is decided by the Hotel Manager. We are saddened to read that you weren't fully satisfied with our food offer, there where most of our guests are praising our hotel for. We always make sure to have 60+ different types of food, and try to cater for all different ages and nationalities so that there is always something for someone.
