I apologize greatly for the inconvenience you had to endure due to the brown water supply, I am relieved that our team have promptly involved including Guest Service Center, Engineering and Housekeeping to ensure that it did not disturb your stay again. It typically does not happen unless the villa has been shutdown for a long period of time, which was not the case in your villa.
