Altough the staff works very hard to satisfy the experience is bad. Restaurant options very limited. The info about dining times is not accurate. The towels are really old. They clean my room after 5 p.m. The buffet very simple. Nobody in the pool for enterteinment. Kids club…

Dear Pedro W, We do appreciate that you took the time to share with us your feelings about your last stay at the resort. We feel disappointed because maybe your stay was not like you expected. We deeply apologize for not fill your expectations and we will do our best effort to make sure this not to happen again.
