Dear BobsieStar Thank you very much for taking the time to write us and for the kind description that you made of our hotel, but especially thank you for the points that we have to improve, rest assured that it will do it. We are a beautiful luxury hotel in Tulum, installed in the depths of the jungle, a paradise. Unfortunately our privileged location sometimes limits us by offering some extras that in a NYC hotel are basic; have the certainty of each day we are growing and improving, the next time that you are with us, you will have pleasant surprises! I would also like to talk a little about a custom that is very rooted in Mexico, especially in the Riviera Maya area, I speak about the subject of tips, which is a very important custom for the employee (not for the owner of the establishment) since it is an incentive that motivates the people working in the restaurant sector (waiters, cooks, cleaning, etc.), in fact this custom baffles many visitors. Our hotel is solidarity with our workers and does not deny our collaborators the opportunity of such incentive, nevertheless I remain you the tips is a voluntary incentive in our hotel, in no way our guests are obliged to pay it. One more time thank you again for all your comments, you are helping us to improve and grow, we appreciate it very much, we hope to have the opportunity to serve again. Meanwhile, I send you my best regards Isaac Márquez, Guest Experience Chiringuito Tulum
