We would like to thank you for taking the time to highlight our hotel features down to the detail. We can assure you that our guests feedback is really important for us, as the information provided is a tool to help us improve whatever needs so. Regarding our food standards, and health safety, we can assure you that Sandos Caracol takes this issue very seriously. We receive over 2000 new guests a week and the hotel has been certified recently by several tour operators, travel agencies, health institutes,and certifications, both national and international. Amongst those, are inlcuded national programs such as Distintivo H and all official institutes as a healthy and safe environment; furthermore we operate under international standards such as HACCP, BRC. On the other hand, it is nice to read that you enjoyed your stay in general. Please rest assured that all your comments concerning our staff will be taken seriously, as well as your recomendations about our facilities and Select club's pool.
