Beautiful resort with lots of wildlife as they built around the natural environment. Food was pretty good but I’d had better in an all inclusive before, we did find lunch had the better selection. Staff/entertainment crew were super friendly with the exception of one beach…

On the other hand, we regret that you have encountered an inconvenience in our service and we will follow up on your comments looking for improvements. Indeed, seaweed affects all the Riviera Maya area and as a natural event, unfortunately, it is hard to control. Nevertheless, our staff arduously works to remove it as much as possible from our beach, always according to our environmental policies.
