As director, I feel it is essential to be aware of the observations and comments on all aspects of the vacation experience that we provide our valued guests. One reason that I enjoyed reading your review is that it covers many facets of the holiday. And not only from your point of view but, also from your children´s perspective. You kindly mention some of the many little details such as sunglass cleaning by the pool, our on-site and ever- vigilant hawk, personal allergy awareness, and of course, our highly personalized service, as demonstrated by both, Paulina and Amy, your children´s newest and closest friends here in Mexico.
