Firstly I wish to congratulate you and your husband on your 10 year anniversary of wedded bliss. I am very proud that you selected us as your romantic setting after months of careful investigation and I thank you for that. And judging from your highly detailed review I am very sure that your research was quite thorough. I do wish to relay to you my great appreciation for the patience that you showed during the early portion of your stay. Many of the points that you touch on are very fixable and I already have reaffirmed with my reception desk not to assign suites in and around areas that are undergoing seasonal refurbishing. I understand your feelings on the matter completely and I apologize for this lapse on our part. As I have stated before to others; many times the true character of a hotel becomes evident in times of unfulfilled service and product, and the manner in which we handle any such anomaly defines our commitment to you and we are happy that we could come through very nicely and change your earlier perception into a totally positive experience. Persons such as Laura are to be commended for their special care in matters such as these, and I will definitely make sure that she is properly recognized for helping to save your anniversary celebration along with the fine image of the resort. As a resort director it is very pleasing to know that you would have stayed even longer if you could, and now that you have committed to returning to your new home in our Grand Class ambience I would enjoy the opportunity to thank you in person not only for your patience, but also for your friendship.
