Very good pointers for future visitors. I agree on the ceviche issue and have to tell you we've had exchange students from Chile, where it seems ceviche was either invented or perfected. They've been of great help. And yes, please be careful of your bracelet. It is the instrument that permits us to insure that everyone in the hotel is a bona fide guest. We take security very, very seriously. I am sorry about your opinion of the Italian and will see into it. The idea of slacks and shoes for gentlemen is an addition to variety to make you feel special and well dressed.
