Thank you so much for taking your time to share your honest feedback with us, and all of our future guests! It truly pains us to read that your experience was less then enjoyable! I see that you ran into several inconveniences while staying with us, which we want to apologize completely for! We are always working on enhancing our guests experience and with constructive feedback such as yours, we are able to do just that! We do not usually have DJs during the week at the Beach Club, you must have stayed over Easter Week, I wish you would have specified dates on your question, I did however advise you to check out our facebook page where we had all the info posted. As far as check in goes, our guaranteed check in time is 3 PM anything before that is subject to availability. I am glad to see that you still got your room before 3 PM. I have passed on your comments about the service issues at the Beach Club to our staff to look into it further as well as your positive comments. And yes our Day Club Delirio is open for public 7 days a week. Anybody from Cancun or staying at any other resort can come and enjoy the club, reason why there is a fee associated with the use of the beds. We do however have plenty of beds available on the beach and main pool and you can still use your all inclusive package at the beach club too. We also have two bathrooms on each side of the beach club for your comfort. Unfortunately our lagoon and ocean view rooms do not come with Jacuzzis but we have plenty of other suites that do. If you come back in the future I will make sure to complimentary upgrade you to one of those ;) In terms of check out every resort manages their times as they see fit. We have a noon check out time, and the benefits of your all inclusive can be used until 3 PM as you pointed out. We are sorry this was not communicated to you. Lastly I can assure you that once the resort is completed it will be much better with many added values. We really hope you can come back to experience it yourself!
