It is such a pleasant day to receive your great positive review letting us know how your stay has been like. It was all our pleasure to be taking care of every single inquiry from quests. We would always love to see you happy, and since it was your anniversary trip, things should be totally special. We are absolutely thankful for your feedback regarding to shuttle service to Aonang beach, greenery and privacy of the resort and that our balcony helped you enjoy tea time as well as you liked our breakfast and friendly staff. However, we are sorry that we were not informed about weak WiFi connection in your room. The issued were indeed always brought up to management. We previously found that guests may set auto connection on devices. The device could possibly connect to "Pool Sala Wifi" while it is supposed to connect with "Ban Sainai Wifi" if you are staying in room. For this reason, we would recommend guests to re-choose and re-connect with recommended Wifi router once they get back to the cottage.
