It was also unusual to read your review regarding the alcohol as, while we can appreciate that opinions will always be subjective in nature where food and beverage is concerned, our expert bartenders are always willing to prepare drinks according to individual preferences once asked to do so. As you witnessed after speaking with the Director of Guest Services on property, our resort team is normally more than happy to assist with any concerns brought to their attention. We are glad that you seized the opportunity to present some of your concerns, however it is unfortunate that it does not seem Resort Management was made aware of the other points mentioned so that those could also be addressed with you directly during your stay.
