I don’t even know where to start. Our travels began at 3 am with a 2 hour lay over so when we finally made it we just wanted to go to the pool and relax, instead they made us sit in the lobby through an orientation of self explanatory information. After a 45 minute orientation

Hello Alissa B, Thank you for sharing your review. It was quite disheartening to learn that your recent stay with us was not to your satisfaction. At Sandals and Beaches Resorts we do our best to exceed our guest expectations which is why it was very disappointing to read of your concerns. In instances where there is dissatisfaction with accommodations, we are always willing to provide a room change whenever reasonably possible and we are truly sorry that due to our high occupancy levels we were unable to do so. We do regret any challenges you may have experienced in your room, in spite of our preventative maintenance measures, inevitably there will be isolated occasions where unforeseen breakdowns in our amenities might occur. Our maintenance personnel usually attempt to resolve these challenges in the shortest time frame possible. However, this will be passed on to the relevant managers to quell any recurrences. Our Managers and staff are trained to anticipate, solve and follow-up on our guests' needs and concerns at a moment’s notice. Our aim is to complete guest satisfaction and this is what we are renowned for. We are truly sorry if you felt we may have fallen short of this goal as it is certainly not the norm and for this, we sincerely apologize. We would like to remain optimistic that in spite of any unusual circumstances you would permit us another opportunity as we would love to demonstrate the true luxury Sandals vacation.
