Needs Help To Be First Class
No backup generator. No power equals no water. No real beach. Buolt on hills only a mountain goat could love. Air conditioning does not handle the entire unit. Wi-Fi connection to the internet is iffy. Units inside are nice enough and basic supplies provided are pretty good.…

John, I am so sorry for your experience but the villa you stayed in is not part of the Point Pleasant Resort hotel program. I believe you rented through another company.
