Good day Thank you for taking the time and making the effort to post this informavie review of your return visit to Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort. I am particularly happy to read that you appreciated all of the changes that have been made to the resort since your last visit 20 years ago when we were called Jalousie Plantation. As you have noted, we now have two beaches with white sand and the service levels have grown in leaps and bounds since the property rebranded as a Viceroy Resort at the end of 2012. I am delighted we were able to extend an upgrade to you and that you exjoyed the views and the space that our Grand Luxury Villas afford. They are indeed very special accommodations. The ladies (and gentlemen) in the spa will be please with your comments and I will be sure to share them with Leah and Michelle in particular and commend them for a job well done. I know our food and beverage team will also be really happy with your feedback about the restaurants. Once again, thank you for sharing your views.
