Hello and thank you for your review and first time visit to Sandals Ochi Beach. I am pleased that our professional employees, nice dive center and excellent sushi bar made a great impact on your stay and I am grateful for the opportunity to address some of the concerns you mentioned that was not to your liking during your stay with us. Regarding your comments about the ride to the resort, indeed it is a bit lengthy however we hope you and all guests can appreciate the glimpse of the hilly Jamaican countryside along the way arriving to the resort to a spectacular location, making the drive worthwhile. Kindly permit to comment a little on the history of the resort being that originally there were two different resorts merged into one property with two distinct atmospheres, there is the Manor side which is tucked up in the hills and the Riviera side of Sandals Ochi which is more sprawling and home to the beach. Connecting the two sides of the resort is The Hop, a shuttle service that runs all day long and late into the night, stops once on the Manor side and twice on the Riviera side making it easy and convenient to get around the large property, therefore I am sorry if your individual experience was marred in anyway. You have mentioned many other insightful tips which I will be sure to bring to the attention of Executive Management for further consideration. We wholly intend to continue making any adjustments necessary to enhance the experiences that we provide, and in the not too distant future we hope that you would reconsider staying with us again for the truly outstanding holiday experience which all of our guests deserve.
