Dear Jessica O, Thank you for staying with us and for your review. We are happy to know that overall, you had a good time, and that we could exceed your expectations with most of our services. Regarding your room, please allow us to comment that due to our tropical weather, humidity levels are high; therefore, we recommend our guests to keep the air conditioning on. Given any discomfort, we are also able to offer a room change or placing a dehumidifier in the room. Please allow us to confirm that our Team takes English classes, in order to communicate better with our guests; and we have always bilingual Supervisors and Managers available at all departments, for any assistance our guests may need. We follow strict fumigation programs in all areas, and we are always ready to reinforce fumigation in rooms whenever required by our guests.
