We are more than pleased to know that you spent a nice overall vacation with your family and one of the pleasant moments was the service of Super Tony from the Concierge department who was there to provide you with the answers for all your questions and doubts; he will be definitely congratulated from your part. Thank you for mentioning our water park and coffee shop as interesting venues for all the guests, they are truly worth visiting. I am glad you enjoyed the food in the restaurants (especially in Japanese, Tex Mex and American) and I hope you had the chance to try them all, otherwise, we have to make sure you do so on your next visit!
