We are very happy to hear that you had a good time with us, because you could enjoy our big and spacious rooms, our entertainment activities, and our pool for children as well as the service of our nice staff. Regarding the situation mentioned about your tour agency Air Transat, we regret the inconveniences caused. It is as an external company and independent of IBEROSTAR and therefore they have their own policies, however it is our concern to ensure that quality services are delivered to our mutual customers, to achieve their complete satisfaction. We will look into it. On the other hand we are very sorry to read that our maintenance works affected your overall perception of our services, we have tried our best to minimize damaging our guests rest. As per your WIFI comments allow us to explain that this service is provided by a state company called ETECSA y they offered the same Price for all hotels in Cuba. An apology for that too.
