We are happy to see that your overall experience was a good one however we do apologize for the issues you have encountered while staying with us. We strive to exceed our guests expectations and we do our best to provide the service that our guests surely deserves, at the time of booking or check in there is an option to have daily maid service where the housekeeper comes in every day to do a full service of the unit but that option is based on the want and needs of the guest if you prefer not to have this added to the service we do indeed come in every day to take out the trash and change the towels and you receive service once a week.
