Dear Ms. Carolanngo: On Behalf of Management and Staff of Occidental Grand Aruba, we would like to ""Thank You"", for taking the time to share with us your experience. First of all please accept our apologies for any inconvenience it may have caused. Hopefully you are feeling much better. Wish I had the opportunity to meet you so could have done things differently. As far as the Casino, it is in pipeline as far as bringing it back. Still working on that. In the meantime we do have a mutual agreement with the Hyatt and the Hilton that our Guests can go and play and enjoy themselves at their Casino. We are in the process in doing some changes which are for the best of the Resort and the Guests. Hopefully you will give us another opportunity to come again and see all the changes and I make sure your experience this time is the best one ever.
