I was ever so pleased to read your review and I cannot thank you enough for your lovely comments, it is very much appreciated. I was so happy to read that you were able to check in early and that my Reception team were friendly and helpful. Our main aim is our customer service and I am so glad that this was reflected upon your arrival. Lucy the receptionist brought the wine to your room as she wanted you to enjoy your experience as much as possible and so that you were able to toast the Birthday girl. We get a lot of great feedback about the comfort and spaciousness of the bedrooms, very pleased that you liked your room. It is very pleasing to hear that you enjoyed the spa facilities whilst you were here, perhaps on your next visit you can have treatments as well. Our Winners Bar man Scott gets so many great comments as he is such a lovely man and we treasure him dearly as a member of our team, I will let him know of your review as he will be most pleased that he helped you enjoy yourselves.
