Hi Mstaluja, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. I am pleased to know that overall you enjoyed your recent stay with us, the location and the surrounding area. I am sorry to read that you encountered some issues when you communicated with our team members. The ongoing training program is in place to ensure that our team has an adequate level of English, and able to fully serve our guest with confidence. With regards to breakfast comment, we have menu rotation everyday especially at the hot item and pastries section. Nevertheless, we are sorry if this did not meet your expectation. Thank you for highlighting the in-house activities, our recreation team do have daily sport activities such as water aerobics, beach soccer, beach volley ball and water volley ball. Once again, we are sorry if the schedule didn’t meet your daily needs.
