Thank you for your feed back. I firstly would like to thank you for bringing to Marys attention that she couldnt read the screen and did need new glasses, which she has since purchased. The conditions of booking at peak periods is that the full payment is made 30 days prior to arrival. 1. The pool was green on your arrival on the Friday afternoon, which we noticed as people were starting to arrive for the long week end. By evening it was OK to swim in. 2. You are the first person to criticize the fact that we dont charge for kart hire, and if the situation was that bad deal with it yourself or report it to reception. Yes we did work out at reception that your child doesnt talk and gave him special considerations. 3. The bags at the bins were on Monday when people were leaving and there was room for the bags in the second bin. We cannot do everything for clients. 4. It was now Monday afternoon and the pool went green again - the pool was fine for Saturday, Sunday and Monday morning. Yes a lady did come into reception and we couldnt give her any answers. Jim had put chemical into the pool and we just had to wait? By this stage we had been advised by 3 different pool technicians that a farmer in the area had sprayed crops and the spray had effected the pool. Jim and i were standing at reception when we both spotted a lady powering towards the office. After 30 years in the industry body language tells you everything. We both looked at one another and said " here we go she isnt happy" - she has told her friend " i will fix this" She came thru the door like a thunder clap and started at us. Quoting her words - "since when are Caravan Park owners mind readers?" - i would say "since when do Caravan Park owners had to cop abuse ?" At no time did we say a person was coming to look at the pool - we did say we were waiting on people to get back to us. You seemed to have omitted from the "incompetent paragraph" that your husband left his shoes behind and we had them delivered to you in Mrytleford even after all your carry on
