Not As Good As I Expected
Was in Hualien on 3 Dec and managed to reserve a table for 5pm in advance via phone. First, we reached the restaurant at 440pm and were a bit early as the place opens at 5pm. We were at the entrance running through the menu for 10 minutes. The owners were zipping in and out…
