We strive for positive and constructive feedback and it is great to share your detailed review and comments with our team. Thank you for mentioning to us in regards to the hotel kayaks available for guests, for the benefit of our researching guests reading this, the first hour is free of charge however every hour afterwards kayaks can be rented from the hotel for a small cost; we implemented this system for the consideration, benefit and fairness to all hotel guests so that the kayaks are not taken for the whole day. It is interesting to read about your sun lounger incident, as you may be aware it can be challenging to police this however, you will be pleased to know we are currently looking at ways to evolve this policy to prevent a future occurrence. In light of this, it is pleasing to know that your overall experience was enjoyed and that there were many highlights and positive memories to take home and share with friends; thank you very much for sharing these with us too.
