We visited in mid January with our two boys aged 6 & 7. The kids club was aimed at younger children (aside from the row of Playstations!), and nearly all the other kids were Swedish at this time. But the table tennis, swimming pools and slides were more than enough to keep them…

Dear MichaelJam, Thanks for your encouraging ”Great family resort” review! It was a pleasure to have you here and we are glad to know that you left satisfied and pleased with everything that our resort has to offer! Thank you for your compliments, we will pass it unto the staff. We are happy that you enjoyed the sushi at our dinner buffet. Regarding the lacking of Thai culture inside the Resort facilities, it is true that the Sunwing Kamala Beach focuses on western standards. Nevertheless its location at the village of Kamala gives you a direct access to Thai culture. You can for example taste Thai food at the local markets (Wednesday, Friday and Saturday) also the temple for a perfect introduction to Thai Buddhism. Regarding the internet, we are aware of its sometimes random connection and we have considered upgrading the system as a matter of fact we are now in the middle of reinstalling it.
