I will start by saying that this is our 5th trip to the Maldives, our last visit being at Reethi Beach; partly why we chose this new island. I've considered long and hard about the star rating I should give this resort. 3 seems a little low, but it doesn't quite meet my 4 star…

Rest assured your feedback has been taken very seriously and I have personally conducted numerous investigations based on your detailed and comprehensive feedback. I am happy to read that you enjoyed the spacious and new designed Villa as well as the lovely shower and big bathroom. Thank you for your constructive criticism with regards to your villa and some of the amenities in it, your comments have been passed on to our Maintenance team as well as to our Housekeeping team. I will happily pass on your lovely comments to our Executive Head Chef and Food & Beverage Manager - Mr. Sreekant and his nice team as well as to Santhosh, Nasir, Mohammed, Anise and Yassan regarding their hospitality and excellent job. In addition, I have informed our Food and Beverage department regarding your valuable feedback e.g. use of rubberized wheel trolleys and improvement of service time. I am glad you appreciated our diverse marine life. I have also reached out to our resident Marine Biologist to work on some plans aside from our monthly reef cleaning so we can reduce and eventually eliminate trash in our reefs.
