Hi London-Phil Thanks for taking the time to write a review based upon your recent stay with us. It is great to hear that you liked your room and found that it had all the amenities that you need along side our large TV's. I am really pleased to hear that my team managed to get you a room change as we can be extremely busy on a Wednesday evening and most times are fully booked. With regards to the £1 charge this is applied if you are paying for your room on a credit card and this charge will not apply on a debit card. Please also be assured that I will pass on your comments with regards to the Beefeater to the restaurant manager. We do hope that you will visit us again if you are ever in the area
