Lovely setting
I have been here a couple of times during the years and like the improvements they gone thru. Best view over the bay so i do recommend to come here if only for a drink. We stopped by for lunch and I am glad I tried the spicy Vietnamese salad. Very good. And only 50' dong! Still…
