Thank you so much for your opinion. We regret that your stay at our hotel was not satisfactory as is our will. Normally there are some people in the hotel who speak English, at the bar or reception, but the weekend that you came maybe you didn’t coincide to them for schedules, we are really sorry; in case you have a problem, you might have asked and we would have solved. The restaurant always opens at 21: 00h but before you can order tapas and wine glasses in the bar. We are glad that the plan organized by our marketing manager liked it and also the Priorat wine region. Greetings.
