Dear TrevorJ1, Thank you for valuable feedback. We appreciate taking the time in writing a review and sharing your great experience. We are happy to hear that you had enjoyed the resort location and facilities. We do have number of stairs as the hotel is built on a hill. We do have number of lifts spread out of across the resort however, some rooms may still need to use some stairs before reaching the lift. We do apologies for not being able to clarify the half board ticket system immediately on check in. We do have the terms and condition written on the voucher to avoid confusion as well however, we will inform our team to improve this matter for our future guests.
