Thank you for coming to visit us and I am over the moon that you had a great time. Your review means a lot to me - let me tell you why - My wife suffers from various food intolerance and we have always struggled to find restaurants that can accommodate her well so many years ago we decided to make a specific point of making the Heifer as good as we can possibly be to guests who have restrictions on what they are able to eat. Many of of chefs and managers have been on courses to enable us to offer the best possible product and all our waiting staff have been trained in this area, we can now comfortably say that we can do 99% of our menu gluten free - our only failure (we have tried over 30 recipes!) is Yorkshire Puddings.
