We have appreciated all your kind words on the room amenities, the buffet meals and the Cretan breakfast at "Xatheri" restaurant. Thank you also for your wonderful comments regarding our dedicated staff. Regarding your comments on the cleaning issues, please kindly note that our Housekeeping team works very hard in order to offer you a pleasant stay among us. Relating to the breakfast options, we always suggest our Cretan restaurant as a good alternative to the definitely rich continental breakfast. Our Cretan restaurant "Xatheri" offers also dinner a la carte. In no case we do require you to buy a bottle of wine, we want just to inform you what we offer in our hotel. We have bottles of wine which starts from 19 euros. Also, for your information according to the Finance Ministry from 1 January 2018 the stayover tax was imposed on Greek hotels and rooms and this tax is charged to guests. For 5 stars hotel the tax is 4,00 euros per day. Although, all your comments are noted and taken into serious consideration, reviewed with my colleagues.
