Dear Guest, I would like to thank you for choosing us for your summer vacations and for your extended review! As you mention, we don't like queuing, as we believe that it would be stressful even tiring for our guest to standing. We cannot help the people who are queing at our buffets, as it is meant to be self-service, so it's up to our guests' mentality. We are very pleased to hear that overall our food service met your expectations, although we wish you could visit our Kouzina in the future in order to prove to you that the Greek cuisine of its is really special and delicious! We would like to thank you also for your feedback regarding our staff and especially the members that are standing out or need improvement. As for the beach, please be informed that we cannot change the natures creation, as it is also a protected from the EU regulations area. The distance from the town of Chania is approximetaly 24km and the distance from the nearest resort (Platanias) is just 10km.
