We receive great compliments and thankful messages from our guests who arrive late in our resort, as we provide them with complimentary snacks. Hardly another hotel provides a free late arrival snacks buffet. Our guests are delighted with this initiative, as it is a service that is not regurarly provided by other hotels. Almost all hotels do not cater the visitors arriving late. For us, it is a pleasant welcome surprise and we thought you would appreciate this initiative, but you did not do it even though you had something to eat at 1:00 after midnight and a whole team caring for your utmost comfort. In the first two weeks of our opening we introduce some soft opening rates, more than 40% lower than our normal rates. Upon your arrival, we explained to you that your reservation includes half board basis (breakfast and dinner at the All Day Dining Restaurant) and we were pleased to to upgrade you and enjoy a free complimentary All Inclusive, under the condition to enjoy all your meals at the All Day Dining Restaurant. This is also the deal we provided to our guests these two weeks of our opening. However, you have come several times to our reception, telling us that you will write a negative review unless we provide you with free a la carte restaurants. In our descriptions that have been officially available on our website since last August, as well as in all the descriptions that we have sent to all the travel agencies and all tour operators, all the opening dates of our restaurants and bars are detailed. We consider it extremely unfair to quote that we did not have restaurants available for you, especially when we decided to provide 2 additional restaurants long before their official start, in order to better serve our guests. The weather in Crete is so beautiful! Our guests enjoy the sun, the sea, our swimming pools, our restaurants, our bars and our famous restaurant that serves 2 star Michelin level creations.
